Local deliveries are performed with our privately-owned and operated trucks. As such, only deliveries within legal driving distance of our warehouse are premitted. Delieveries are "curbside" only, as our drivers are not premitted to carry or transport materials into or onto any premises.
Maline Tile delievery personnel are not permitted to accept returned material without a return authorization (RMA).
Local delievery shipments will be charged a $55 delivery fee.
All refused orders will incur a 10% handling charge.
Drop Ship Policy
Maline Tile offers Drop Ship Residential or Commercial deliveries starting at $150 per delivery.
Please fill out our Drop Ship Request Form and send to customer service so they can accurately quote your drop ship.
Common Carrier
Approved Common Carrier orders will be shipped out within two (2) business days of receipt of a confirmed purchase order. A confirmation of shipment including carrier and tracking number will be sent either by fax or email at time of shipment.
Customers with a pre-approved pallet rate will be charged a $55.00 fee.
UPS
All orders that are to be sent UPS must be stated on your order and must be placed before 1PM to ensure same-day shipment.
All orders shipped via UPS will be charged a $12.50 per box packing charger in addition to all applicable UPS charges.
All orders shipped C.O.D. will be sent with a $12.00 C.O.D charge from UPS.
Claims
Please inspect all materials before installation; use constitutes acceptance.
No claims will be accepted after tile has been installed.
No claims will be made after 7 days from date of delivery.
Porcelain Slab Orders | A-Frame/Crate Deliveries
All Porcelain Slab orders made with A-Frame/Crate will be charged a $250 delivery charge plus $400 refundable A-Fram/Crate charge. Customer is responsible for scheduling with Maline Tile the A-Fram/Crate return which must be picked up at Wholesale Customers Warehouse or be picked up immediately upon delivery of Porcelain Slab at the jobsite. Maline Tile will not return to jobsite to pick up A-Frame/Crate. Once Maline Tile receives back the A-Frame/Crate in good condition, $400 credit will be given to customer.
Jobside deliveries will be made with Company Moffett Truck.
Must be issued an RMA from office to return A-Fram/Crate.
A-Frame return valid for 60 Days from Delivery date.
